The provides the peacefull enviornment for studies. 2.764 hectares of land was proposed for the college building out of which 2.637 hect. Of land has been donated by 28 villagers of patotia and badiyum patti bijlant villages.
Rest 0.127 hect of land belongs to uttarakhand govt. whose transfer to the college is under process. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Government Degree College, Nainidanda in its various departments.
